axle question

i was thinkin about building a bigg azz truck like muddzilla and i was wondering for the axles i can get a hold of 2 rear semi axels for free and i was wondering wut would be invloved in putting those under say a 79 k5 also they are both for the rear but could i put one in the front of the k5 im just wonderin if this would work if any one has heard of it let me know

<font color=green>Sure you could put a rear semi axle in the front. One question - How do you plan to steer it?[img]images/icons/laugh.gif[/img] You need to look into Rockwells for it instead. This is not an easy project, lots of work and custom fab involved.
