Re: Day 2

Hehe, I don't think you want to know since I bought it completely rebuilt. But if you must know, hold your breath, sit down, $3700.

Re: Day 2

Hehe, thanks. Haven't ran into any probs yet besides the bracket I had to cut off a bracket on the frame to get the diff out of there.

Re: Day 2

ahhh...seeing those pics brings back the memories of throwing my IFS and all the affiliated crap to the side yard where they belong. should be smooth sailing from here on out willis. the only thing that hung me up was getting the stock pitman arm off i actually had to go as far as cutting through it with a cut off wheel, which took WAY to long. hope yours goes better. so do you stand back at the end of a wrench session with a giant grin

Re: Day 2

No, I get a big frown when I look at the 6 pounds of mud thats on the ground that fell off the truck while using the air chisel and knowing I have to clean it up. But yeah, when I left to get dinner and pulled in the driveway and saw those 39.50's stairing back at me I couldn't help but smile. And I'm doing the pitman arm tomorrow, don't tell me that kind of stuff man. I have a cheesy little puller but I'll probably have to go rent a bigger one or a pitman puller to get it off.

<font color=green>Yeah, and the really nasty part is that some of that mud is surely left over from the infamous "Doodie Incident".
