Extended brake lines/question about BDS lift

Hey all, I have a 4" BDS suspension lift on my truck, and am now in need of longer brake lines. I was wondering where you guys would recommend me getting some? I live in Canada. BDS sends brackets to lower the brake lines a bit, but the metal brake lines that run into the frame.... how to to bend them down to fit into the bracket without kinking them? Maybe I just dont know the trick?

Thanks!

Where in Canada are you??

www.nsor.com has good prices on the net *sometimes* - in vancouver, get a email quote not a phone quote..

There's a 4wheel parts branch in Edmonton if you dare to deal with them.

Re: Extended brake lines/question about BDS lift

I am in Saskatchewan. I contacted NSOR for a price quote last week and they still havent replied. How long does it usually take for them to reply?

Again, anyone know how your suppose to work the brackets that BDS gives you to lower brake lines?

Thanks

Re: Extended brake lines/question about BDS lift

Usually not that long.. If you're in a hurry;

Sign up at www.bc4x4.com;

then call north shore off-road; ask for Yasu; tell him your a bc4x4.com member and his price should be as good as the internet price.

I believe they were like 120-130bucks for the 3peice set for an 8" lift... plus 11 bucks shipping (to peace river, saskatchewan won't be much more).

Parts are expensive up here eh!!

You could always try an get them outta the states from a magazine article, but you never know what extra costs you're gonna be paying. NSOR is pretty reliable, so you'll know what your getting..

FYI I have a 2" lift and am VERY glad I got the lines for an 8" lift.. Get em as long as you can the first time.
