OT: box back on and rollpans?

I don't know about you guys but I'm impressed with myself when I managed to put my box back on. It would have been easy to put on with a friend or if I had rafters or a tree to lift it up with but I didn't. Plus, with the help of the wind, my box crashed to the ground and mangled my sawhorses last night. And it's been raining since 6am.

<a target="_blank" href=http://www.wrath.com/projects/vehicles/images/84k10/puttingbedbackon-070802/>http://www.wrath.com/projects/vehicles/images/84k10/puttingbedbackon-070802/</a>

I noticed the truck looks pretty cool without the bumper (I had to take it off to put the box back on but I left it on when I took it off with the sawhorses). Does anyone have one of these trucks with a rollpan or at least a picture of one?

Re: OT: box back on and rollpans?

I'd stick a receiver on it and I'd keep a pintle hitch on it for ease of stepping. I don't plan on lifting the truck and the biggest tires I have in mind are 33s on 10" wheels.

I usually run without a tailgate anyway..

and you'd be surprised how far i'll go out of the way for something that looks cool. after all, i ran with a visor on the front of my old truck even though it robbed me of 5mpg and caught on trees. besides, it only takes me five minutes to take my bumper off and put it back on.

doesn't the kid with the mutant arm muscle have a stepside though?

Re: OT: box back on and rollpans?

oh yeah, do you know of any place that sells metal ones? i want one that hooks on like a bumper and not to my box.

Re: OT: box back on and rollpans?

I like it overall, I couldn't use my buper fo pulling a tailer any way. It was up to high, I would LOVE to get a drop hitch but I need gears Before I pull anything anyway, witch are coming soon!!!!!
Also, if I get hit in the rear, the other guys insurance will fix my truck anyway.
