85 Blazer Ball Joints

Can anyone give me some advice on removing the upper ball joint spanner nut from an 85 Blazer. I have the correct tool but it won't budge.

try PB blaster or some penetrating oil maybe. Or air tools.... *evil laughter here*

tried putting heat on it yet? when in doubt use a torch[img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

an impact and a fire wrench should do the trick.

get a cheater bar on the wrench thats about oh 10 foot long and then use about 2.3 cans of WD40 on it [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img]
