RJ the fabricator ?

Hey, since I plan on going to Cheyenne WY, I want to weld, but no truck to weld with. So I might try fabbing [censored]. If anyone wants anything, tell me and I'll try and make it. If it turns out all sweet, I'll sell it to you for very little over materials cost.

The one thing I know I'm going to try and make is an in bed tire carrier, as that was a big item last time I asked this. Would you guys pay like $45 for one?

Anyway thanks, I'm depressed pissed and excited at the same time.

Re: RJ the fabricator ?

List Of Junk JPP and RJ came up with -

Tube Doors
Winch Mount
Reciever Type Crap
- Tire Carrier
- Winch Mount
- Steps
- Tow Rings
- Flag Holdermabob
Shovel and Ax Mount
Toolboxes - Side and Front
(jpsndtek: in a box
jpsndtek: that was flush with the bed rails
Rezzy Joe: easily removeable ?
jpsndtek: but had space underneath for plywood
jpsndtek: and lumber
jpsndtek: not necessarily
jpsndtek: removable as long as it's lockable in place
jpsndtek: but i hate over the rail boxes, and i hate flush boxes cause they go to the floor
jpsndtek: and i can't slide 8' lumber in there anymore with tailgate up)

9jpsndtek: a box on each side of the bed that is flush with the inside edges of the wheel well
jpsndtek: that goes from bed fllor to bed rails
jpsndtek: no door on top
jpsndtek: but doors on back so you can open when tailgate is dropped
jpsndtek: with the lower box, that ends into the wheel well, you cna put a slide out tray for small tools
jpsndtek: and the top part will extend over the wheel well, so you can slide a hi-lift into
jpsndtek: takes up no useable bed space
Rezzy Joe: ok
jpsndtek: and provides lockable tool storage
jpsndtek: including shovels
Rezzy Joe: that makes sense
jpsndtek: and small socket sets
jpsndtek: I'm doint it when i gte my can back
jpsndtek: easily removable may be a plus as well)

Sorry for taking notes on the BBS
