Re: 77 chevy lifts ?

I got my Rough Country 4" all spring kit for $500 and had it in 2 days. Very complete kit. It may not flex as well as BDS or ez-rides but the ride is pretty good and it flexes well enough for me.

Try www.offroaddesign.com - they sell Tuff Country, better prices than you quoted and the man that sells them is the best info source you can find.

Re: 77 chevy lifts ?

If you want to keep it low buck just throw a body lift on and some blocks in the rear. Get some longer shackles for the front from offroaddesign or fab you own to your desired length of 1/4 inch steel. Keep it simple, it works best that way.

Re: 77 chevy lifts ?

Body lifts dont work to well on a mud truck. They leave the frame on the ground and it acts as a plow. Trust me I have that problem right now. So I say since SFA lifts are reasonably prices save and get a suspention lift. Youll be happier in the long run. If you end up needing more lift at the end you can always do a 1" body lift for clearance
