strange vibration

ok. here it goes. I blew up the tranny (TH350) Pulled it had it rebuilt by a shop, got a new torque converter, put it all back together and now ther is a definate vibration at idle. could i have put the torque converter on the fly wheel wrong? I torqued it to spec. followed the chiltons guids. any ideas.

Something is either wrong with the transmission or the torque converter.

I don't know how you could hook the torque converter incorrectly to the flywheel.

Is it a 400? I know on them and sum others u have to have a balnced fly wheel.
