700R4 Govenor Location

I have a govenor recalibration kit for my 700R4, but am not sure which cover to remove to find it. On my TH400 there was a cover with 4 bolts that housed it! On the 700 there are only two possible locations, the most likely is the round cover with no bolts on the drivers side next to the speedometer hookup, is this it? If so how do I remove this cover?

What does this governor do? The only thing I can think of that you're talking about is the servo.

Control the shift point RPM. This parts houses the small weights and springs.

I didn't know 700s had that option. I know you can do it with a turbo 400 though.

The only way I know to do that is to play with the valve body unless you've got an electronically shifted 700 or something.

Anyway, I'm no help.
