That exactly how the cab on my truck looked when I bought it. The guy told me all it need was new floor pans. I had to rest my foot on the frame rail when I drove it around his yard.
I ended up getting a parts truck and changing cabs.

ah hell. get some POR-15 and you'll be all set. and the added "access ports" are nice for wrenching. bleading breaks...you can be in the cab and still reach the bleader valves[img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/wink.gif[/img] oh and its better than OBDII you can hear all the engine/driveline nois directly. no crazy computers involved. hell i want to sell my truck and get one of those.

Nah it was a plow truck for a college campus in ny, that was oversalted on a regular basis, it was there from 85-90...Go figure
Cool thing is, the college ordered everything heavy duty[img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/cool.gif[/img]
But..with no radio[img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/frown.gif[/img]
I love it though!
