The bump stops were put on in a rush to prevent the old 35 boggers from contacting the screws in the bed under flex. I removed the over loads in back pack and busted off the clamps so it was very flexy. I went all over the TN mountains with those stops in place, they performed flawlessly, and since I wheel so slowly they weren't that harsh. When i did the axle upgrade they stayed. Some cheap mods just work well.
