Light bar options?

Hey guys!

I went out and bought me a couple sets of driving light/fog light combo kits. So I now have 4 lights I want to install. Was thinking, 2 pointing forward, 2 pointing backward.

Here's my question: Where should I mount them? I don't want to buy a rollbar because I need to be able to put a canopy on the back. And I think that if I mount them to the bumpers, they'll just get destroyed in the bush. Does anyone make a simple light bar that I can mount to my roof? Any ideas on another mounting location or method? This is on a 85 GMC 3/4 Tonne pickup BTW. Thanks!

Re: Light bar options?

Yep. Just buy a blazer/jimmy type light bar and bolt it to your roof. My bud has one on his 79 Jimmy and the only problem is low hanging trees. they just push his KC's back.

Re: Light bar options?

a company called CARR sells a bar that attaches to your rain gutters. I ended up selling mine along with all my lights because it kept getting ripped off.
