The best lift blocks on planet

i was wondering if fabricating a lift block this way would be better than what is currently used. now i didn't run the ubolts thru but you can and tell where they should go. they hold the block to the axle and also the axle housing is welded to the block (or vice versa). would you think this type of block be beneficial? it won't prevent axle wrap but you won't lose em either. the detail was courtesy of boredom.

Why would you need to weld them? Have you lost blocks in the past?

one too many! actually they would go in place of the perches. now remember, this can be modified to use with existing perches and you would not weld.
