What would be the best decision and why? I am getting a 6" lift next week along with 35" swampers Anyhow, what size wheel would be my best choice? Also, if any of you think 36's will fit, let me know! I am fine if 36's end up rubbing the inside plastic piece.
Chics dig 16x10. Chics want big trucks with big WIDE tires. If you want chics get 16x10. IMHO, if you can fit the tires and turn without rubbing, put on the 16x10. Forget it if you have a 99+ Silverado. You need to CUT or add 3". Whatcha got anyway?
On a Silverado you will have to cut the front valence and maybe relocate some plastic parts in the back of the front fender well. Anyway on a 16x10 they WILL rub unless you add 3". Stick with 16x8 in that case with at least 4" backspacing.

yes a fear swap would be i deal for 35s but if the money not around ringht now to do it then you will bef ine with tha stock gears, for now, but you will notcice a drop in milaege and performance, i wouldnt worry to much about anything grenading though. but ya a gear swapp will be needed to gain the performance you had stock.
Id say 16x8s would be fine thats waht Ill be running 35s on, 16x10s may keep the tread just a tad flatter but thats about it. and the 10s will also cost more.
get ahold of AJM he was saleing his 16x8s but dont know if he is anymore there the baja style aluminum wheels same as whats on my truck
16x8 bajas wrapped with 285 TXRs, T-BARS cranked to level, and minor trimming
WELD RIMS MAKES 16.5"X10" & 12" WIDE WITH 6 LUG BOLT PAT NOW. THERE IS ALOT MORE TIRES TO CHOSE FROM WITH THE 16.5" RIMS THEN THE 16" RIMS. BY THE WAY U WILL NEED A 3" BODY L. WITH 35"TIRES & THE 16.5" RIMS. THEY STICK OUT.........o-O
