What does 285 correlate to in inches? Haven't figured out metrics yet.

LT285/75R16/D 122Q RWL 56567 439-185 7.5 - 9.0 11.3 on 8.0 32.9 17.0 632 [email protected]
This garbled information is from bfgoodrichtires.com. So the bfgoodrich 285/75 is 32.9 inches tall. Perfect, exactly what I want! Only problem is they won't fit on my crappy stock rims (6.5") so I guess I gotta save up the money for wheels too.

Re: 285s for possibel sale????

I might be interested. I recently bought a Skyjacker 2.5" lift (the price was right) and haven't put it on yet. I want a bigger tire than what's on there now (265/75/16). I want to buy rims and tires. But can't seem to find new 16" tires to fit my budget. But if we can work out a deal I might be able to buy some rims and your tires.

Re: 285s for possibel sale????

Im located in Mountain Home Idaho about 10hrs from vegas, Imay have found a buyer here in town so you guys better hurry. Im planning to sale them to this guy for 400,

I wouldnt think thered be problem running them on 6,5-7 wheels, I ran a used set of TXRs for a year on my stock 6.5"wheels, and tread wore flat aired down to 25psi, same as Im running with my 8" wheels. Sombady give me the go and Ill throw the 315s on and ship out my 285s

Ill let em go for 400 plus shipping
