You should be able to mount just about any combo together with some help from Advance Adapters.

Re: NP 203 divorce mount?

74-77 Ford NP203's are divorce mounted. You might be able swap the input shaft into your GM 203.

Some 73-75 GM trucks had the SM465 mated to the 203 from the factory. They are somewhat rare though.

Re: NP 203 divorce mount?

I was wondering about this too so i could do a 203/205 doubler with my 32 spline TH400 since i don't think the mated a 203 to the 32 spline TH400. this could let me run a longer front shaft to lessen the angle and shorten my rear a bit. and if i shorten my frame this could let me run a single shaft in the rear instead of the 2 piece.

For 77-79, you could get a TH400/NP203 combo. Common on 1-tons, and you'll find it on 400SB powered K20's.

Re: NP 203 divorce mount?

but the spline count on the tranny output would only be 30. in the mid 80's the 205/400 combo had a 32 spline count. and that is what i have.

Re: NP 203 divorce mount?

My buddy's got a TH400/NP203 for sale from a 78 K30 parts truck. The TH400 output is 32-spline for certain.
