76 Blazer Quarter Panels

I've been told 76 right rear quarter panels are not available from the chevy deraler but the ones for 77 - up are. If I use one for the 77 on my 76 Blazer what additional parts will I need along with the gas cap door? New fill pipe etc.? Has anyone ever cut out the gas fill section from a 76 and grafted it onto a 77 quarter? That's what I would really like to do if possible.

Check with JC whitney. It may be cheaper.

Re: 76 Blazer Quarter Panels

I have a catalog from a company called LCM Truck, they seem to have most every part you could need to restore a 73-87 chevy pick-up. Want a brand new stock grill....they have it.....door panels....got 'em. No blazer specific parts however. They show a right rear 1/4 panel for 73-78 short bed @ 299.95. they show a website at www.lcmtruck.com rc

Re: 76 Blazer Quarter Panels

LMCtruck does have a catalog just for blazers. It shows 76-78 round hole (p/n 38-9667-t) $279.95. Give them a call @ 1-800-222-5664 or visit @http://www.lmctruck.com. Catalogs are free for asking. I don't know how much difference there is between round and square, but I'm sure they would.
