Trans cooler lines

on a TH350 which line sends fluid to the cooler. the the top one or the bottom. also which side should go to the top of the oil cooler the hot fluid to the top or the bottom.

I may be wrong, but I think most fluid coolers fill from the bottom to avoid air bubbles.

unless you have a check valve it wont really matter which is which

it fill from the top line and goes down to the lower line.

I found out the direction my tranny lines go by disconnecting one line from the cooler, then have someone turn over the engine (not starting it), and where ever the fluid comes out is the direction it goes.
