friends looking for ifs lift..cheep

Hey everyone. CodyLee is looking for a cheep 6 inch lift for a 91 LD 3/4 ton chevy. Same lift components as the 1/2 ton. He would be willing to look at a used one someone is removing. Anybody know where he could find one?

pics of the V30 which is still for sale or possible trade.

Check anyplace besides 4wp. I have seen alot of Procomp kits get taken off. Dick Cepek used to take of about 5 a week. I know alot of the shops around here have been replacing the Procomp kit with the RCD kit. For all you with procomp kits, I'm sure you like yours, but I have heard nothing but negatives from all the big offroad guys out here.

I don't want to sound negative, but there isn't such a thing unless you get lucky. Ifs lifts are all relatively expensive. Used IFS lifts are likely going to need work (bushings, ect.). If you think about it, take offs were taken off for a reason. Either the guy found something better (or he doesn't like lifted trucks), or it isn't working properly. Maybe IFS isn't as finicky or fruity as I have been lead to believe, but with the stuff I have heard I'd stick to new parts that way you aren't adding problems.
