O/T Gift Idea?

Ok, my cousin is getting married on Sunday. What are some good starter tools for a new hubby - you know like for honey do projects and junk like that? We got him a cordless screwdriver and a cordless drill, but it just doesn't seem like enough. He has plenty of wrenching tools, but I think he's gonna need more around-the-house type stuff.

Re: O/T Gift Idea?

Get him a book on fixing things around the house. Also, maybe a handheld power saw, level, stud finder, or tape measure.

P.S. What brand of screwdriver and drill did you get him, I'd recommend anything by Dewalt.

My truck ain't leaking oil it's marking it's territory!

Re: O/T Gift Idea?

First of all, is this guy mechanically competent? If not, tools could do more harm than good. If he's never turned a wrench or a screw, I'd recommend life insurance .
