Have a question, I have a 6 inch lift on my 96 chevy, I bought it 2 years ago, and the guy i bought it off of said it was a superlift kit. Gave me some extra stuff in some super lift boxes, anyhow i looked under the truck yesterday and 3 springs are broke on the drivers side, I think there are 4 all together. All are broke except the longest one. Called the local 4X4 shop and he said it would cost me 600 dollars for new springs!!! I asked him if I could just buy one side and he said no that there would be a difference in height. A lot of money! My question is can i just get new springs made at the spring shop? Also dumb question, does superlift have any warrenty? I never got a chance to beat the truck yet lol, But i let the wife drive it for a week, will blame it on her, Thanks

I had a similar problem and they said if i have the reciept and they are installed on the original truck (how would they know?) that they have a lifetime warranty. I just had a problem finding a place locally that was an authorized superlift retailer.

haven't dealt with superlift but are they 6" springs or do you have blocks? If you have blocks go with 3/4 ton 5 leaf(approx 2000 # rating). You can get a set of those for about $250 and they will boost the rear by about an inch. Otherwise Skyjacker offers 5.5" rear springs for about $400 in the magazines(memeory mind be a little weak on the price)
