NP205 Detent balls and springs???

I posted a question a couple weeks ago wondering why the NP205 in my truck seems to jump out of gear while driving the truck down the road. The general concensus seemed to be that I need to replace or redo the detent balls and springs.

One problem... I've called around to all my normal parts places, two transmission shops, and a GM dealer and nobody seems to have access to them; they can't even order them (so they say - a tranny shop can rebuild a t-case but they can't get parts for one, that makes sense).

Anybody have any ideas?

They come with the rebuild kit, but I'm not sure if they are available separately. Check with these guys:

'70 CST Blazer, 350, SM465, NP205.
'87 Suburban 4X4, 350, 700R4
