I recently had a ball joint explode on me. The top of the thing broke completely off which allowed the housing to grind a 1/2 " deep groove in my spindle. The ball joint was only 3 months old. The parts dealer gave me a new joint but what can i do about the spindle? Does the manufacturer have anything to do with this? The parts dealer said that they wouldn't warranty any consequential damage on a truck like mine as they believe the damage was caused by off-roading. The damage was caused by off-roading but I feel that if a company manufacturs a product for a truck like mine then the product should hold up to some moderately rough firebreak roads.
How does it feel to be beaten by a sewing machine?
