85 1-ton K-3500 (Dana 60/14 bolt)

crewcab,body and interior shot,drivetrain good. Dana 60 front/open diff., 14 bolt rear-factory locking diff., 3.73 gears, 350 cid, 465 4-speed w/ hydraulic clutch, 205 transfer case w/ 1350 fixed yoke. Truck runs good but needs new Bat. & Alt. Tires good. Located in North Alabama,(Huntsville) $2250 No leaks

Wished I lived in Alabama. I'd snag that truck!

I thought it would be cool to build a custom crew cab with a tiny flat bad and the wheel base was brought in closer. 44's of coarse!

i was thinking the same thing for my blazer but Alabama is a little to far for me.

You read my mind too Shawn. California to Alabama is a bit of a trek for me.

Shown, you read my mind about the crewcab/tiny flatbed too. I want to put a crewcab cab on my shortbed frame, but it would require major bodywork, since I believe the cab is a quite a bit longer than the distance between the shortbed wheelwells. I would have to fab fenderwells into the rear of the cab and make custom doors for it. Of course I could just weld the back doors closed, smooth out all the seams, remove the back door handles and have a big 2 door extended cab... That would be cooool[img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/cool.gif[/img]. Maybe I'll get adventurous someday when I have alot better selection of fabrication tools.
