74 NP203 T case

Hi just got my 74 for a toe rig and 4X4. However its got that all time transfer case. I am going to purchase the Milemarker conversion kit to make it a 2WD truck. Anybody have any expeirence with the install or any advice before I purhace?

Pretty easy to do, Just be careful if you pull that beast out from underneath the truck- the thing weighs a ton. And watch them needle bearings- sneaky little boogers. Have fun. I would get rid of the full time hubs while you're at it, But save the old hubs- Just in case. Happy trails.
