Sounds like a good deal to me, but wouldn't a '92 still be called a Jimmy? My step dad's '89 ran like a top when he rebuilt the top end at 150000 miles, it didn't need a rebuild but he wanted more power. Actually, the bottom end is still factory, never been apart, with nearly 200k on it. If a small block is taken care of it'll practically last forever.

my question is WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?sounds like a real good deal to me.wish i could come across a deal like that.i just paid half that for an 85.and that ones 7 years newer with fuel inj.i wouldnt be bothered about the mileage.if something was to go wrong with it.a gm crate motor is only about 2500.i say that like its not much money.but you know what im sayin.GOOD LUCK

Sounds like a good deal to me! Throw a cheapie overhaul kit into it, fix the dent, & go for it!
