Clutch pedal bushings??

Does anyone know where I can find the bushings for clutch and brake pedals in 70's - 80's pickups??

Re: Clutch pedal bushings??

I just bought a bushing for my project truck that I put an SM-465 back into. I converted the clutch from a manual linkage clutch to a hydraulic clutch (transition year) and bought the bushing and plastic retainers from a GM dealer.

I still have the bushing from the old clutch setup and it's pretty much new but a little longer than the hydraulic clutch bushing, along with some extra (new) plastic keepers. If you want this stuff (and anything else I have left over from the old clutch), give me $5 for shipping and it's yours.

Re: Clutch pedal bushings??

I will eventually have to contact a dealer cause I need some for the brakes too, and have another whole set to go over. BUT, I would be glad to send you $5 for what you have left. Reply with your address, or send it to [email protected].
Thanks much!!

Re: Clutch pedal bushings??

I don't know if new bushings will get rid of the squack, but a little bit of lithium grease will.
