77-144CSBEP Power Charger

Hey all, I am contemplating purchasing a Holley 77-144CSBEP 144 PowerCharger Supercharger for my 1995 Chevrolet fullsize w/350. Any of you had any experience with these units? Also getting, Edelbrock Heads, Edelbrock TES Headers, Edelbrock Cat-Back System, CATCO Catalytic Converter, Edelbrock Camshaft, Crower 1.5 Rockers, Chromeoly push rods, and MSD 6 Off-Road Ignition system. Anyway, just looking for opinions on the 144 powercharger.

What are you going to do about a computer? The stock computer will need to be reprogrammed for those mods. Also the stock TBI may not be enough. You may have to go with a Holley 4DI or something similar. Sounds like a nice setup though.

When you buy the edelbrock power package stuff you tell them your setup and they custom program a chip at no extra cost. I need to 50 state legal since I am in California so what should I do about Throttle body? If I replace with Holley system I would basically dump the factory computer right?

Just make sure the chip works with the heads and cam. I'm not sure about the 4di being 50 state legal. You can get the 4di with Holley computer or Howell can set you up with a GM computer to work with the 4di. If you do stay with the stock TBI, I think your injectors will have to be increased in pressure.

Have you talked to TurboCity? They have a high flow TBI that could probably handle it. They are in Orange, CA. www.turbocity.com Hope this helps.
