Brakepads???

Does anyone know if there are brake pads that are better than other brakepads that are available at your local auto parts store? I want them to be quiet and last long

Re: Brakepads???

Both NAPA and Carquest brakes are made by Brake parts Inc. the same people that supply most OEM brakes. Get either NAPA United Or Carquest gold brakes. I think most other parts houses use Wagner, which are also very high quality, but I prefer BPI.

Thanks, Ray

Re: Brakepads???

I've always had excellent performance from Raybestos SST pads. They are all me and my friends put on our trucks and their hor rods. (Z28's and Mustangs). They tend to be better in the heat, and not glaze over.
