Help with a 6.2 diesel wap to a 350!!!
My dad went and talked to a mechanic and he said that I would need to take out the transmission and get a new one if i wanted to switch to a 350, is this true?? I sure hope not. If it is what should I do. We already took out the diesel because it doesn't work.
And is there anyway to fix this problem?
Thanx for your time,

That is untrue. A 350 Chev will bolt right up. You just have to make sure you get the correct flexplate to use the extra amount of bolts the diesel converter has. Or you can install the correct gas engine converter.
