Damn the Texas Heat

I have a '91 K5, and living in Texas is killin me. I was wondering if anyone out there has any ideas for some sort of insulation for the stock hard top of the full size Blazer's. I'm sure I am not the first person that wants to fix this. I was thinking about Rhino lining the top, but I don't know how much that will help to cool it off. Any ideas would be helpful.

if you're thinking of Rhino lining the outside of the top, then you're as good as cooked. the bedliner in my dad's truck gets pretty hot from absorbing the rays all day long. BTW, i'm in corpus so, i know how that damn texas heat goes

Re: Damn the Texas Heat

I live in Edinburg TX, in the Rio Grande Valley. You cant get much hotter than that. And my old 85GMC 4x4 had no A/C. That sucked.
