will these tires fit my truck?

i own a 93 chevy z71 pickup with a 6 inch lift and a 3inch body lift. i am running 35 inch tires right now but i would like to know if it would be possible to run either a 37 or 38 inch tire with some fender trimming. i would like to run either a mickey thompson 37x13.5 baja claw or a 38.5x(i think this is right)15. also i am using a 16x8 inch rim. will this be ok to use with the 37inch tire. i know it wont work with the 38.5. thanks alot

Really I think that you will be fine you may want to trim the sharp spots off you fenders and then go out a tweek it out and either trim it or let it trim its self. Hope this helps.

Re: will these tires fit my truck?

i have a 92 1500 blazer with a 6 inch susp and 3 inch body lift. when i bought the truck it had a set of 39x18 mickey thompsons. the front valance and bumper had been trimmed along with the inner fender. they only rubbed slightly when offroad so if you have the same set up i think that 37x 13 should fit with minor trimming. the 38's should fit if you don't mind to cut off a little moore of the bumper and inner fender. also back spacing on the wheel and and the accual hight of the tire, they are always not the size on the side wall, will determine how much you have to trim. hope this helps you out.

You say you're going to turn 36-37s? If it were mine I'd go 4.88s.
