Well I'm putting a locker/limited slip in the front and rear of my 1989 k 1500. Anyone know a company who offers them both? Does Power Trax? I've heard they're good. I don't want something that is locked all the time, i want it to lock and unlock when not needed. Soo.. any help would be appriciated.

You can do a search, I brought up a similar topic about a month or so ago. As far as I've been told, there are no lockers for K1500 8.25" front diffs. There are supposedly some for the K2500/K3500 9.25" front diffs. All the replys that I recieved pretty much said to go with the Detroit if its going to be used hard. Apparently the Power Trax doesn't hold up very well under alot of abuse.

I agree with Griasev. Dertoit or ARB in rear. Nothing available for front.

1/2 ton ifs chevy isnt worth putting new bearins in, so why put locker in it thatrs gonas tear it to shreds.

put locker or full spool in the rear and youl be happy with your rigs 3 legged perfromance.
