Foglight Problem

The foglight wire connected to the battery burns in half or off all of the time. Is this even how they are supposed to be set up? As a another resort, I would like to take them off, but do not know how. Any help?

Re: Foglight Problem

Do a search on google for aftermarket lights and their wiring. Check to see if yours are wired the same way. Are you using a relay? If not and you have the switch grounded you can run into problems. If in doubt rip out all the wiring, buy a new wiring kit and hook it all back up. You won't want to have your truck burn to the ground because it was wired wrong.
