IFS and new truck questions

My buddy just bought a 92 gmc 2500 with a 6.5" suspension and 3" bl on 38x15.50 tsl radials. I am helping him do some research since he isn't overly computer savy. I did some searches and didn't really come up with much. Does anyone make any heavy duty cv shafts or ball joints? Also does anyone have any pics of a typical steering stabalizer setup in a lifted ifs truck? Basically he just wants to make everything strong as possible to get him by for awhile until he can do a solid axle swap. Thanks for any help!

Re: IFS and new truck questions

Unfortunately there are no "heavy duty" cv shafts or ball joints available for the 88-98 Chevys. I wish I were wrong though, if there were, I'd buy some. That's a good looking truck. I love the look of lifted standard-cab/long-box trucks. The steering stablilizer is a good idea. Try to get one made by the same company as the lift kit for sure fitment.
