Okay well.. I need some ideas what to use for tires, I'm going to slap 35s on if I can fit them on my truck. But I don't know what brand to do, anyone of you guys used Mickey Thompsons? I was thinking 35 135's for those. What's the difference between radials and bias? Or I would go with the BFG MTS 35 125s. Or someone was saying that Toyo makes a new tire that looks fricken sweet.. So any ideas or input would help here.

I'd go with either the BFG or if you want a less priced tire that'll do just as good, go with the Mud King. Goodyear/Nortwest tire sells them. They look like a SSR and cost about $130 per tire for a 33x11.5

I just got my tires today there 36/13.5/16 iroks and i paid 169.95 a tire for them at ok4wd.com. good deal i thought cheaper than every where else i looked on the internet.

before you drop cash on expensive tires...take a look at cooper tires. i have had 2 sets opf their STTs on different trucks and i have a set of the S/Ts as well. for the price they are a very good tire and the treadwear is VERY impressive. on a set of 33" STTs i got 77k miles before this last winter and i got a new set of tires. I'm not all hell bent on trying to get you to use them or anything, but i have been very pleased with them, and i won't buy anything else....except for car tires...(i dont own a car though...hehehe)

Yeah But what i have gathered on Coopers is that they lack the all out "beefyness" Of a serious off roading tire. The BFG mts out preform them by incredible heights. I'm looking for the combination of wear(the least important) and usage on muddy terrain. Which we all know TSL's dominate. But I have never ran those.. and don't really know how well they wear.

like i said...you ought to take a look at them. uif you think the BFG M/T will work for you, you're gonna think the same thing about the cooper STTs. very similar tread pattern. the only way you're going to get a tire that will "out preform them by incredible heights" is to get into the three stage lug tires...and that translates directly to poor wear and drivability along with high price.
