question here about my 33\'s
hey hows it going new here, not to sure if this is the right spot to ask this but here it goes, i put some grapplers on yestuday 33's and they fit perfect but today for some odd reason the sterring is kinda rough like there rubbing but they are not.when i put it in reverse is when i feel it the most, like its stopping itsself, are the tires to big? or is my p/s going? its a 2500, no lift, 4x4, look foward to any suggestions you all may have with this thanks, again if this is in the wrong forum lemme know where it should be thx ron [img]images/graemlins/scs.gif[/img] [img]images/graemlins/RockOn.gif[/img]

well you didnt fill out your profile, so we dont know what you drive. if you put 33s on a VW bug...yeah its probably going to be a bit rough on turning. its a 3/4 ton, and i assume chevy or you wouldnt have posted here.
so assuming a chevy 3/4T and assuming its from the tears 88-98 then you might be rubbing depending on wheel width. they can rub on frame and can rub on fenders. if you do have a 3/4T from these years, get a 18MM socket and rachet and tighten your torsion bars up so the truck raises about 1" at this height you wont damage anything in the fornt end and you'll likely solve the rubbing problem

yeah, you might have rubbage. also, i doubt this is your trouble, but bigger tires equals greater resistance, so you just might be noticing that a little bit.
