Next question about trannies

When your running larger tires than stock size on your truck, is there anything that can be done to stop the overdrive in the truck from shifting in and out so often?
eg. can the overdrive be made less sensitive to the taller tire size which puts you into a taller gear.

yup, regear the axles or dont drive in overdrive
