Tire sizing?

Is anyone running 33x12.50 tires on a truck with a 3" body lift?
Just wanna know if they rub when you turn?
I'm driving a 1988 Chevy 4x4.
Thanks

Re: Tire sizing?

i had an 88 4x4 with a 3" body lift and 33's and it worked fine. right now i have a 2-3" rancho lift with add-a-leafs in the back and my front end sits about an inch or half an inch lower and i trimmed just a little so it wont rub so it works fine. if you ever want sizing with lifts again go to www.ntwonline.com. they have a section for sizing and lifts for almost all trucks.

Re: Tire sizing?

My buddy has a 96 1500 with 33x12.50 on 15x8 wheels. It only rubs at full lock when hitting bumps.

Re: Tire sizing?

I know a guy from hs who goes to Indiana as well. He has 33x12.5x15 on stock suspension. He just trimmed a little of the fender. Looks stuffed, but I like it
