Re: Best Way to Mount Fullsize spare?

I keep my little spare under my truck and when I go wheeling I put a fullsize in the bed.

Re: Best Way to Mount Fullsize spare?

Hey, if someone is going to steal a rimless half-worn tire out of mine (and three more that were already attached to the truck), someone might consider yours.

I know you said minimum drilling, but one of the things Fabtech is good for is a flat-mount tire thingy. You drill a single large hole wherever you want to mount it and thread the "Y" piece through the bed and the bung that comes with it. Pretty cheap, too.

go here and choose the "Flat Mount" button. Warning, it's all Macromedia Flash driven...
