scrounge lift idea is out

Well the lift I scrounged is out the door. I took it to a machine shop and it is not exactly in primo condition. What really turned me off is that is was already previously welded. I found the grinded down weld when I was cleaning the parts.

I decided to go with the Cepek (sp?) I see there is a series one and a series two. Is the series two really worth the money. What are the additions to the series two. Is it just additional bracing and the brake lines. Can't you get brakelines for about 90 bucks?

Not sure about the difference between stage 1 and 2 DC lifts, but I know you can get brake lines for less than $90. Although, Pro Comp does make a 3 stainless steel line kit for 4-6" lift for about that much.

Re: scrounge lift idea is out

The Stage II gives kicker braces for the rear lower a-arm drop brackets, stainless steel brake lines and it sures up the front lower a-arm drop bracket with the rear lower a-arm drop bracket with an x piece that bolts them togther.
