I'm putting in factory power bucket seats into my truck. I didn't originally have power and I'm wondering what the best way of wiring these are. I've already called the junk yards and none have trucks with power in them so I can grab the wiring harness. I went to the dealer to see if I could just get the harnesses from them, but they don't list a wiring harness. They though the wiring may be there under the carpet. Didn't want to tear into the interior just yet. Anyone know for sure if the wiring is there or know the best way to wire these?

I just finished wiring a driver's side power seat into my 96 k1500. I didn't find any wiring under the floor mats. I spliced into the B fuse location in the fuse block and ran 12ga wires along the door opening and over to the seat. It took about half an hour. The hardest part was getting behind the fuse block with the limited space available. I replaced the factory connector with one I had available and just ran the power and ground and connected the 2 orange wires to the power.
