Hepl with my York 210

I am building up a new OBA System and I am having problems finding the fittings that go from SAE to NPT. I forget the SAE size but I want to convert them to 1/2NPT. onboardair. com sells flanges but they are 25 bucks, I wanted to get some 3 dollar fittings and use the money saved somewhere else. Thanks for any help. I have been and called so many places and most don't even know what I am talking about.
BTW they do exsist, help me find them. The York is a 210 and off of a '92 Volvo 240.

Also does anyone have a mounting bracket for the compressor in our trucks? Kilby also sells those but they are expensive for what they are. I don't have a lot of fab time or materials so it will be a task to get one. I figure I have to change the alt pulley to make everything work well.

I'm going to be machining my own flange adapters that adapt to a female 1/2 NPT. Want some?

Well how much do they cost? I can get a pair for $25 from Kilby. I only really need one. Once I get that one and a mounting plate I can finally finish this project. Let me know price and build times.

$10 plus shipping, do you need suction or discharge fitting? Probably get it made early next week. I go in this morning for my other wisdom tooth to be pulled through a nasty surgery and I'll be pretty useless till Sunday

Re: Hepl with my York 210

Well I took both the suction and discharge flanges off. They both have male threads and one is larger in diameter than the other. One for each would be nice but all I really need is discharge because I kind of fabbed up something for suction. The system is not comlete yet so I don't know if it will work. Count me in for a pair.

Re: Hepl with my York 210

I sent you a PM. Did you make adapters for Shaggy's eetup? If not ,what did he use. Also, you said you were helping someone with their OBA. Do the have a Chevy with a 350 and AC? If so What are they using to hold their compressor in place, what pulley was replaced?
