is anybody running the mached cam/lifter & intake? i am thinking of putting them in my 72 blazer. 350ci, 80000 miles, hei. going to keep the stock 4 brl q-jet for now. anybody got any input? thanks

Intake good, package could be better. Nothing wrong with it but the cam is just one that will work ok in most applications....its not going to be the best for yours. I would talk with another co and get a cam matched to the rest of your truck. Give ultradyne a call. It will take awhile but they know thier stuff(the tecs) most time you are lucky to get someone with a clue with other co.s. Crane is pretty good though too. New springs would probably be a good idea but might not be necissary depending what you are doing and how the stockers are, better safe than sorry though.

And the quad is a spread bore carb.....nothing wrong with it but make sure you get a spread bore manifold....you could run an adapter but.....this means if you want to swap carbs later most of your options will be square bore so your new manifold wont work with your new carb without an adapter.
