T Bars Round 2

Has anyone out there had problems getting their torsion bars out of the lower A arms? Mine just will not move at all. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how I can get them out.

I may not remember this right but I think you have to knock them forward then pull them out.

I already have them out of the cross member but they are stuck into the a arms and I cant seem to get them out. I tried for an hour or so to beat them out but they will not move.

keep beating them out. they just get frozen in there from all the dirt and gunk. once you get them out, take a wire wheel to the ends, clean off the junk, then slather some grease on the ends before sticking them back into the arms.

Did you try beating them forward. I do believe that they can be knocked through the lower arm. Then you can clean the hole out then pull it back through much easier.
