Mirror won\'t stay adjusted

I have a 96 S-10 and the right side mirror gets out of adjustment every second or third time the door is close(normally not slammed).And i have looked and don't see any adjustment for this any one have any ideas?

Well you could wrap duct tape tightly around the joint to keep it adjusted, or you could make a junkyard run,(suggested) or you could buy a new one... thats about the only choices!!

If the mirrors are like the fullsizes, use a torx screwdriver to take the cover off and you can tighten up the nuts on the inside that hold the mirror in place. I know thats a kind of vague description but once you get that cover off you'll be able to figure it out. Good Luck.
