Torsion Bar Question

Okay I put some add-a-leaf's on my 95 Blazer last night and planned to do the torsion bar lift today. But when i climbed under my truck to investigate I found that one of the tensioning bolts was already bottomed out, while the other had about 3/4" or so left. Is there something wrong with my torsion bar or is this common. Also if this means the torsion bar needs to be replaced what should I replace it with?

Thank You
