93 88 half n half

I was staring at my truck today and had a awsome idea, what would happen if I slapped the front doghouse from a 93 up s-10 on to my 88 blazer??? I think the fenders would fit, but i'm conserned with the hood, is it going to be wide enough? Does anybody have any experence with this? Ever tried this? Any help would be awsome!

Let me answer your quaestion with a picture. This is my 1989 GMC S15 with a 1993 S10 front clip. You can just swap the grille only, but the headlamps will sit high in the openings. The 91-93 Struck and 91-94 Blazer/Jimmy fenders don't have the badges on them either, so their smooth.

Re: 93 88 half n half

Oh, you meant the 94UP S-10s. Well, I do know the frames are the same, pretty much identical, so IF you could get them to line up with the cab, then yes you could likely do it. I wondered why I couldn't swap a 94UP bed onto my 89. The lines wouldn't match, but if I painted it to match it might look neat, if not unique! I say go 4 it!
