Dear Monica:

Thanks for the e-mail. Please e-mail the photos that you have taken, and
we would be more than happy to send you a free quart of HERCULINER
rejuvenator. This will prevent the degradation from UV rays.

If you have any further questions, please call us at 800/477-5847.

comments: I installed Herculiner in my '94 Chevy K1500 in February '99.
Install was easy and quick and I was very impressed. I'm am a bit
disappointed, however, with the latest developments of my bedliner.
Whatever comes in contact with the liner always comes away with black
residue. Whether it be hands, clothing, boxes, or any object that's placed
in the bed, it always get dirty. This is a real inconvenience and hassle
as I use the bed of my truck often for recreation and work purposes.

Is there a fix for this problem or is this just something that I'm going to
have to live with? I'd rather not have to put up with this problem.

I have pictures of before, after and during the installation process and
I'd be more than happy to send them via email.

Thanks for your time,

if any of you guys are having the same trouble, go ahead and email the tech support. hopefully the rejuvenator will solve the problem.
