cheap blazer with 33s???

there is a 85 blazer, 2.8, 4x4, w/ 33 bfg m/ts, for sale in the local paper for $550 obo sold as is.... im thinking that if the tires are in halfway decent condition and the rims that it is worth it... swap the tires onto my 89, then turn around and sell it for $500...

Re: cheap blazer with 33s???

I second that motion. If the thing runs and drives, it would make a great trial rig. There is nothing better than a total beater. Think of it this way, if you mess up your daily driver you could easily have $500 in repairs. You could beat the snot out of the beater 'til it breaks then it's off to the junk yard, either to scrap it of fix it for a few bucks. It's not like s-10 parts are hard to find or expensive in a bone yard.
